Safe Harbor, A staple seafood restaurant in Jacksonville.

Do you love fresh seafood with a great view? If so, go and try Safe Harbor Seafood! They serve the freshest locally caught seafood in Duval. Enjoy your meal with a view, as both locations are located on the water with and amazing atmosphere. I enjoy the original location which is in the heart of Old Mayport Village.

At this location you can watch the shrimp boats pull up and offload freshly caught Mayport shrimp. Safe Harbor is known for their shrimp which is unloaded and sold on site. Most of their seafood is caught locally and there are many options to choose from.

If you live in Duval and have not tried Safe Harbor then you are missing out! What is your favorite thing to order from Safe Harbor? Mine is the Blackened Snapper Basket (pictured above) with fries, hushpuppies and slaw.
